Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery

• Free priority shipping on eligible orders within the continental United States.
• Estimated delivery within the continental US is typically 2–5 business days after processing.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays may occur.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, contact support@happyfinlabs.com.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, email support@happyfinlabs.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we’ll do our best to help.
